St. Oudoceus Llandogo Notices

St. Oudoceus is one of the most beautiful churches in the Wye Valley – and there are many lovely churches along the river. St. Oudoceus, with its wonderful wall paintings and lavish marble carvings, can compete with the best.

The Feast of St. Oudoceus is 2nd July, which means that this year it is on a Sunday. The legend is that St. Oudoceus was an animal lover and saved a deer from the king’s hunt. So our 11 am service on that day will be on the theme “Bless the Animals” and we hope you will bring your pet to church.

Our community and our history give us a strong encouragement to see what can be achieved as we grow our fellowship in 2023.
